John Goda
President
John graduated from Grove City College and started in the industry with a national insurance broker.
Following this tenure, John continued his work in the commercial marketplace but also developed a practice in the Transportation Industry.
His representation to clients continues to be in these areas. John is an accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and has been representing his client’s business needs for close to 30 years.

Eileen McGrath
Chief Operating Officer
Eileen McGrath started with RTI in 2005 and has specialized in Personal Lines Insurance since she began in Michigan in 1998.
Through her career, she has moved from Customer Service to Sales to Management and holds a 2-20 Florida General Lines Agent’s license. Eileen is originally from Indiana and attended Purdue University where she met her husband. They have lived in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Chicago before coming
here to Sarasota.
She loves things such as flower arranging, event planning, sewing, and photography. She enjoys seeing other parts of the country and the world and experiencing how people in other areas live.

Chris Cibula
Vice President of Sales
Chris Cibula focuses his practice in the areas of commercial risk management and insurance.
Chris graduated summa cum laude in 2010 from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
In 2010, Chris was the sole senior student elected to represent the university at the annual RIMS conference in Boston. He is also a certified insurance expert witness in the state of Florida.

Paul Rivera
Vice President of Account Management
Paul graduated from Rutgers University with an Economics Degree.
He previously was in retail banking and now has nearly 5 years’ experience in the industry. He worked for the 3rd largest brokerage firm in the world in the upper middle market to national account space.
His book of business was primarily construction, manufacturing, and transportation accounts. Paul possesses a solid background in marketing strategy, loss analysis, coverage comparisons, and contract reviews. He will be your main point of contact for your day-to-day servicing needs.

Jim Welsh
Executive Vice President
Jim graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2000 and continued his education at the John F. Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University. He started in the industry as an underwriter in the Energy Division at a large National carrier. Also with experience in the Surplus Lines industry specializing in larger hard to place accounts as well as running a local branch of a national broker.
He has been producing on the retail side for over 10 years in the Pittsburgh area handling energy, construction, hospitality, transportation, real estate, and manufacturing accounts. Jim has been a member of the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh for many years and has almost 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
